I am so siked!!! Started my Load Days Fri/Sat and started VLCD on Sunday. I am down 4.5 lbs since Friday :-) Less than a week!! Had a scrumpious meal tonight. Spinach cut up, with grilled chicken breast on top. I think the best part was the homemade dressing!!! Here is the recipe: In a shaker combine 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 3/4 teaspoon garlic 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic (not necessary but I liked it) 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (I used coarse) 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste 1/2 teaspoon stevia or to taste 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon italian seaoning 1/4 teaspoon cumin or to taste ( I don't like that much) 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - optional Shake vigorously and pour over your lettuce or spinach etc.... I used it on my spinach and then cut up chicken breast and put in on... YUMMY!!!!!! ** I use a shaker as mentioned above - then I keep in fridge and when I need again ~ I shake and use :-)
