I bake a yummy white fish multiple times a week. Usually a cod and it's mild and no bones!

Add salt & pepper over the fish
A dash of garlic powder
A dash of soy sauce
Chopped cilantro over the fish
A smidge of freshly grated ginger over the fish
Add some water - 2tblsp to bottom of glass baking dish before cooking

Bake at 475 for 10 minutes -- voila, perfect every time and tasty!
