I've just been eating beef chili and chicken curry - making a big batch and alternating them. It sounds quite boring but I prefer meals like that to a bunch of lettuce or spinach and I have lost some interest in food really for the past week so I'm just eating because I have to. I do feel a bit hungry in the mornings but once I have an apple around 10.30am it goes away, then I feel slightly hungry before taking my drops each time but that goes away quickly too once I take them.

the first week I did more experimenting with food but chili and curry have been nicer than everything else so I've just stuck with them. It's great actually because I don't have to do any preparation each day now, just grab a portion out of the freezer and take it to work (it has defrosted by lunch time).
