Slimfast's first ingredient is sugar. That is a no-no for P2.

Ok, duh.....I did not read close enough the first time. Sorry.

I would not use Slimfast at all. It is loaded with sugar and other ingredients that I cannot pronounce much less spell. And, you may find that once you stabilize, you can adjust your food slightly and loose weight without the use of pre-packaged food replacements.
