Ok so i just finished doing 20 days of vlcd then i did the three days no hcg stuck to protocol. woke up and weighed my self and i had a gain of 2.7. im at a loss here..so i was thinking maybe it was a fluke? then i was told to do the steak day on the day of the gain. of course i had already started p3 for the day. I have been really stressing. i drank lots of water too. no sugar or starches. I hopeit doesnt go up tomorrow if it does go over or under what should i do? Thanks sooooo much
