Wow, you are doing great!

During the apple day, can I have green tea? OR, do I only drink a little water when very thirsty? I think green tea is supposed to help release more water, but if you should not have your regular water amount, I am unsure if that means green tea as well.

Thank you for your help! I know it is all in my mind, but I just do not feel like eating anything today so had decided to just do a water and green tea *fast* today and take it easy, but if an apple day is better I will do that. I happen to have just yesterday purchased 10 gala apples, so I am already set for that LOL

Im no expert, but sounds from the numbers that you are doing great! I would personally do a correction day of 5-6 small/med apples. You will wake up tomorrow with a 1-2 pound loss and begin your regular protocol regimen the next day. Smile. It happens to everyone now and again while on this protocol. The numbers will fall. Also, try switching up your proteins. I love a small chicken breast with a salad so I tend to eat it a lot! But I have found that now I must eat different proteins at different meals if I want to see better losses. Keep up the excellent work!
