Hi!
Yes, I re-read that lol. He says it just helps *mentally* LOL Since it depressed me I thought it could not hurt...just so confused b/c I did not eat anything different from what I have eaten for more than 2 weeks...and did not have a gain anything like this (except when I had a major yeast infection/break out, but it came off in a couple of days) until today. *sigh*

It just seems that 1.5-2 lbs is A LOT to *just happen*. I weighed 1.5 above yesterday when I first got up...then in less than 1/2 hour I had to go to the bathroom again so weighed again after just to see and it was up another .6, making it an even 2 lbs overnight. I only had a few sips of water at that point as well.

I do not have a period anymore so TOM will never be my problem

2 pounds IS depressing. Could put me back 5 days you know? Of course I will keep on keepin' on, but can not imagine why that much happened.

So...I guess I should just eat as usual instead of an apple day after all? Don't want to drop a pound or 2 tomorrow just to see it come back the next day when I eat, if that is what happens? Dr. S was unclear about whether or not it really will come back right away LOL

Thank you! It is so hard to know what to do when you are new to this

Apple don't really work, even Dr. Simeons wrote as much. Is TOM coming?

Some foods make people stall or gain in P2, mostly cabbage, beef, tomato and shrimp. Check your food log. Good luck Sherri!
