Default Please Help Cuz I Cheated!!!
Hi All!

After 4 weeks of sticking to protocol I caved in to my sweet tooth! I ate five small pieces of left over easter candy (cadburry eggs) the calories amount to 96 total. How should I proceed. I got it out of my system (the cheat that is) and I really hope that I didn't do too much damage but I don't know how to proceed with the rest of my day. Should I leave out the fruits? Do you think this is going to cause a major weight gain??? Any feedback is appreciated...thanks!
