I will most likely be doing a third round some time after the summer

Have you experienced good reshaping with your previous rounds? From what I have read, I think this happens more dramatically in longer rounds, but I am wondering how it is on shorter ones. I may decide to do two short rounds instead of a long third one. I am starting my second round May 14th.
