Sherri, I agree with LoveMySelf, many of the vets here have advised that we try to get as close to 500 calories a day as possible, too little food can be just as damaging as overeating to our progress. Out of the calories that you do eat, always make sure you are eating allllllll of the protein, as we are on the verge of protein deficiency as it is on this diet. Have you been eating all of your protein? Remember that your body is under a lot of stress right now, so vitamin supplementation is a good idea. Cutting out the fruit is ok as far as I know, just don't cut back on your protein or you may run into issues with hunger or stalls.
