Try to get in 3-4 liters of water a day. I don't lose much when I don't. And if you are doing a 40 day round the average loss is 20. Some days you lose big and some days not at all. Keep your calories up if your body loses better with more - I know mine does, and I had over 100 to lose. I lose better higher fat too but that is rogue.
