I guess I was just hoping to be closer to a lb a day average for a couple of months worth because I have almost 100 to lose. But, if my metab. resets I believe this will be better than eating a 1200 cal diet and a ton of exercise, this time lol.

Thank you and I need to convince myself that a loss is a loss regardless of the amount...I just can't seem to do that easily LOL

I think your body is just catching up. You've lost 8.4 lbs in less than a week. That won't continue, and it doesn't happen that fast for everyone. Relax and don't worry about it. There will be days where you don't lose and days where you gain. That is normal. At the end, you'll average out to about 1/2 lb a day lost.
