I know everything you say is correct

I think I need to try and get closer to the 500 cals and that should do it.

Another question though LOL
Today is very rare but this is what happened: I had to run errands today and they ended up taking until 3 pm. So... is it a BAD idea to eat, say, a 400 calorie meal (early supper?) and then a 100 calorie veggie or fruit a couple of hours later if a day like this happens? I did not know I would have to leave before I ate and it was not the type of day where I could take something along to eat in a parking lot or such LOL

I can tell my stomach could be hungry, but it is not really bothering me even though it is 3pm already If that means anything lol.

Even when you have a lot to lose, not everyone loses 30-34 pounds in the first round. it depends on your age, your muscle mass and metabolism. Some only lose 20 pounds a round. You have to keep the goal in sight and keep plugging along. You've done very well though. you have great advice and the only reason I'm jumping in is that you said you are hungry. That's not okay so that needs to be fixed. If you haven't done a skip day yet, do one tomorrow and let us know how you feel by late afternoon. Your dose may need lowered a bit.
