Just in case anyone is following I wanted to provide an update. I am SO FRUSTRATED! I still do not have a tracking number. I was told to wait 48 hours, then wait 24 hours. I was told yesterday I would have a tracking number within 24 hours and nothing so I called and was told I should have one tomorrow. It's always tomorrow. I was told the EARLIEST I'll have my order is April 27 - more than a month after I ordered. I'm so pissed, but I don't even know what to do at this point!
I am having the same problem you are. I have several emails that continue to say wait 48 hrs, wait 48 hrs. I wanted to start P2 on Easter Weekend. I called and every time I do, I get John. It seems as if he is the only one working. I have also emailed the manager back and forth. They reshipped a second order for free, but there is no telling when I will get that. They also deducted my credit from referrals for some reason. I was going to complain but I don't plan on using them anymore. I ordered on 3/26, It will be exactly a month next week. Just ridiculous!
