I'm on VLCD 102 today, going another 3 weeks and then done, lost 58 lbs so far and still doing great. I'm on rx pellets and I skip one day/week. I know I'm very rogue, I did a year of research while I breastfed before I weened and then started the diet, so had lots of time to plan everything to a tee. I love eating protocol, it's so easy and I don't get bored. I have a semi cheat day once a week where I make a batch of cocoa crack or have a rogue veggie like zucchini or broccoli and I had some wine at a party about a month ago as a mid-diet treat. These things help keep me going over the long haul. Go for it and good luck!
