Oh and honestly, I don't care about skin sagging. After babies and stretch marks, if Gwenth Paltrow can walk around with skinny, saggy thighs then I'm just fine with it too! (although I've read that water soaking post P2 helps the skin to unwrinkle. We'll see!)
This! Your attitude makes me happy I mean, here I am on DAY #3 and I've been staring at the calendar recounting and bracing myself for the next 40 days and wondering if I'll make it this time.
I do however hate to break it to you, but GOOP (Gwenth Paltrow) aint walking around with no saggy flesh. She has the same trainer as Madonna (Anderson) and Believe me ALL her muscles are Super Tight. Its freaking Annoying!!! Lol. But alas, Hollywood standards are on awhole nather level.


Anyhooo, I mostly wanted to ask what exactly "Water Soaking" is and how do you do it? Do you use Epsom salt? How hot is the water?? Etc. Unlike you (I have no children yet), my biggest fear is saggy wrinkly skin and saggy boobs. I am already trying to accept the fact that the strechmarks on my stomach and love handle may not go away, but if I can tighten the skin, I'm all for it.

P.S

I also started taking MSM. I hear it helps with tightening the skin among other benifits.
