Default ADD meds and HCG--dosage issue?
VLCD17 and I've released 10.4 pounds (I've cheated but have gotten on track finally in week 3). I'm planning a long round and hope to lose another 12 in the last 3 weeks of P2 to reach Round 1 goal (10%).

I feel I've had a dosage issue from the get-go. I'm using Corion and my last batch was 2000iu mixed with 4 mL bac water. I've been anywhere from 35 down to 20 daily injections. I tried a skip day but I'm not sure it helped me decipher hunger or not. I was hungry but not starving, PLUS I had changed my dose around for a few days without waiting out any changes so I really had no way to gauge things. The last few days I've injected between 20-25cc hoping to find that sweet spot. I was doing lower belly but switched it around (I swear my belly fat is worse not better! No more cheating). I'm doing more upper muffin top now and it seems to work okay.

Anyway, I also take Vyvanse, which is like a much better version of extended release Adderall. I do much better on the Vyvanse but it DOES take away my appetite for most of the day. Thus, it's still hard for me to gauge hunger related to hcg dose. Does that make sense?

I tend to wake up hungry everyday. I'm not experiencing hunger during the day, usually only around dinner time. I guess my question is, does it matter what dose I'm on as far as the hcg actually working on the adipose fat?? I've lost 10 pounds in 17 days, so I'm not sure the hcg is for sure working (i.e. if I mixed correctly). I know I've cheated and maybe that is exactly why I've not lost more. But how can I be sure? I don't want to (and it's not recommended) skip a Vyvanse dose in order to gauge actual hunger. So, I guess I'll just stay at 25 or below per day? Is my dose affecting my morning hunger? I've started having egg beaters or an orange for breakfast (calculating it into my daily 500 cals). I'm in a sense grateful the Vyvanse acts as an appetite suppressant somewhat, but I'm afraid it's not helping with finding the correct dosage.

Sometimes I wonder about mixing...the mixing syringe I use is so big and I never know where to measure the bac water--the top of the stopper or the lower part (because it's so big). I'm mixing every 10 days.

Sorry for the overload of information. Any advice is appreciated!
