For *now*, this first round, trying to put my own kit together is just too time consuming LOL But...as I get going I will take more time to go through all the links that have been posted and see if it works for me. Really, though, $32 for everything I need is way reasonable

I will likely just do that again.

I have about 90lbs to lose so 3 rounds should do it since I will be working out as well
