thank you lolabunny! i thought this would get easier, but it really didn't for me. not too sure why. maybe it was just the bad results in all the remaining rounds I did that I wasn't in the right frame of mind. in answer to your question - yes i have. i've looked into a couch to 5k program and also own turbo fire and chalean extreme. i wanted to be armed and ready! i know that i can lose more with smoothies and exercise, but it may not amount to what doing another round will do. i have to keep putting things into perspective all the time, but there's this little perverse voice in my head telling me to keep losing more and more and more. mikef - not too sure why you think i've not followed protocol. because of hhcg?? or wanting to do something different? trust me, i'm a firm believer in dr simeons and P&I, i've followed it since may 2011. the problem i'm having is I don't know why I can't lose any more. if I did another round, it will most certainly be with the rx grade stuff will not be wasting time, energy and effort into something that may or may not respond and do what it's supposed to do. brand is Oak Hill Health. you're absolutely right in telling me to make sure i'm mentally right. this is such a psychologically difficult process to a life style change that I think those unsuccessful rounds just snowballed mentally and I just didn't feel up to it anymore. body and mind are both exhausted. like i said to mikef above ^ i will not be doing another round with hhcg. will be trying rx stuff. still want to know what bananas can do to me while on hcg??
