You can figure out how many injections you get by dividing the number of iu in your vial (mine was 5000) by your dosage. So 5000/125 equals 40 injections, and you will get 33.33 if you dose 150iu. So....if you start at 125 and have to increase your dose up a bit to adjust for loss of potency, you will get between 33 and 40 doses. If you want to do a long round of 40, then you will definitely have to open another vial (assuming that you do have to up your dose) I truly felt no difference in "old" hCG at 150 and "new" hCG at 130. (But good gosh I could tell a difference between 120 new and 150 new!)
