Have had great weight loss. On VLCD 10, down 17.5 lbs, 15.5 lbs net. So its working ...

but also have this buzzing sensation and am still quite hungry. Am starting to feel disoriented and it seems associated with the buzzing sensation. Anyone had this or heard of this before? I'm doing the real stuff 125 2x day 5 minutes under the tongue. Strictly following the Simeons diet. Any help is kindly appreciated. Thank you.
