I tell everyone. LOL It's all about attitude, girls. If you hold your head up and smile as you tell them excitedly how great it is, most don't say anything. And if they do, I look at them like they're crazy and say I've researched the heck out of it and this is the answer for me. They are quick to shut up then.

I've actually helped more than 70 of my friends, family and church members lose weight on it just because I tell everyone. I don't let ANYONE bad mouth it to me.
