I don’t tell anyone. It just seems easier for me.. sometimes, though, when I see people who are really obese and are trying to work out, I feel like I want to tell them.. but I never have cause I dont want to offend anyone.

If I go to a party, I just eat my meal before and say im not hungry / feeling well... A friend I know used to always like to bring me food cause she was into vegan cooking, I told her my naturopath put me on a strict diet.. There are all kinds of diets that would appear to be similar to HCG, like the elimination diet, you take everything out other than meat/fruit/veggies to try and detect allergens.. or just say your on the leptin reset diet... Theres lots of options. For me, I think people would just react to the fact that I am injecting myself with something, not the diet per-se.

That being said, its a great opportunity to stick up for yourself, be strong with your boundaries and claim ownership over your body. Too often people try to con others into eating the junk they’re indulging in and you can use it as an opportunity to bring some wise information into those moments. I find people who are really healthy and strict with their diets have to have some feeling of KNOWING what they are doing is right for them, Ive used that many times too... theres’ no ‘good for you’ theres only whats good for me at a certain time...

Outlining that you’ve changed your eating habits to your circle of friends will help you through P3 and onwards for the rest of your life... I think a sugar free/ gluten free and dairy free diet is a great way to maintain health and a slim figure forever.

Stuff that makes you fat is just bad for you, its totally toxic junk most of the time and the damaging effects of that kind of food go waaaay beyond making your body chubby.. start researching things on Dr. Mercola’s website (google it) or read articles on Natural News (another great health website) and you’ll have LOTS to say about why you wont even eat a doughnut, and none of it will be related to it being fattening.

The food source has gotten so so so unhealthy. Even the affects of normal white sugar is so harmful. Most of my friends who are skinny are passionate about HEALTH, not weightloss. So you always have something wise to say to a person who is tempting you to eat junk, most of it causes all the health problems that are so common in our society... cancer, diabetes... you name it. The rates of these diseases are all increasing. After HCG i just keep a general rule to only eat things that are recognizable from the shape/form they come out of the ground in and only things I can pronounce and know exactly how they are made on ingredients lists.

If people tempt you with junk food, i always find just replying ’thats gross’ works for me
