I have been holding it under my tongue longer then 5 minutes. Maybe 6-8 minutes. Is that maybe why? So I definitely will hold it under my tongue for exactly 5 minutes if the extra couple minutes may be affecting me. If I skip a dose, do I still eat the 500 cal on protocol?
