Ok, I read in Dr S. book that if you are on your menstrual cycle that you shouldn't take the drops. Well I am on day 7 or 8 and my cycle shows up unexpected as usual. Do I stop taking the drops and begin all over again once it ends? Please advise, I don't want to cause any harm to myself or lose the progress that I have already made.
