It's difficult to lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time. One requires a calorie deficit and the other a calorie surplus. On 500 cals a day, bodybuilding is not a good idea. You won't be able to sustain heavy lifting. I would concentrate on losing fat, maybe a little cardio, then start weights when in P3 at a higher calorie level.
