I am not shooting for body building body but I am lifting 6 days a week while in p2. I have kinda stalled a bit lately but I am not able to do measurements to tell. I feel much smaller my clothes are much looser and I don't put much stock in the numbers. I found this article when I was researching http://getfitguy.quickanddirtytips.c...same-time.aspx and u can find a million out there that say the opposite but this one wasent trying to sell any thing and while being simple to understand was based on studys. I had another one that actually showed the study info but can't find it right now. The diet says don't work out too much, I have tons of energy and feel great and I am looking great even doing bulking reps with the hubby (idk if that's what it's called...high weight at like 8 reps 3 times) its up to u though it's your body do what feels right
