Help I cheated on my last week of P3 and started eating sugar...it was like a drug and once I had a taste I couldn't stop the cravings. I was stressed and am having panic/anxiety attacks which I think triggered it. Gained 3lbs last week, plus I had already gained back 4lbs of what I lost during P3 and now am essentially back at the same weight I was before round 2. Yesterday was my first day of P4 and I had a MAJOR bulimia relapse...my worst episode since I can remember. I ate so much chocolate and threw it all back up but now I am at 109.6 (LDW = 103.6, Starting weight 111.2) Is it possible to salvage anything from this? How can I stop gaining any more before I can start a third round at the end of April? I haven't stabilised at all...I don't want to continue gaining for the next 7 weeks before I am able to do a third and hopefully final round?
