Do your own research and talk with a dermatologist or personal doc first if you can, because you may have lots of issues that prevent you from doing this...
But probably just one or two 3 month supply of Rogaine cycle should do it if you have no other prevailing issues for hair loss. My hair started getting better in 3 months, so no its not a forever thing (your hormones do return to normal just like after pregnancy)...unless you are a man and its that time in your life (sorry nothing will help that but a toupee lol)
.025 mg strength Retin A. Just a very "tiny dot" (less than a half a pinky nail?) added to the spot of Rogaine recommended you mix into your scalp when it is towel dried after you shower (the amount of Rogaine the package recommends).
Be careful because Reten A can irritate your skin and stay out of the sun.
Higher strength Reten A has to be cut down ALOT (use even less). Be sure to wash your hands and do not touch your face afterwards for a while(seriously Rogaine has been known to make hair grow on your face if you are not careful...lovely). I have hair coloring gloves I use for this purpose.
You might want to just start with Rogaine to be sure it does not irritate your skin and then go slowly with the reten A after a week. Stop if you get any serious reaction. And remember Homeopathy teaches us that more (at one time) is not better...less (applied) and longer (time used) is usually better.
Also anything that you can do to increase estrogen/progestrone levels in your body will help as well. Provided that you do not have any cancer issues the topical estrogen/progestrone bioidentical creams used daily 14 days out of the month may help as well. I am going on them once I am done with r2.
