Stop right now and read Pounds and Inches. It's free here on the forum. That's the true research. I'm not going to answer all those questions because I want you to read it for yourself. Average weight loss is .5-.75 per day but if you're eating non protocol foods like turkey, those losses may be lower. You don't say how long you've been on it.

But read Pounds and Inches. You need to understand it for yourself.
