For me, I went with HHCG for financial and convenience reasons. HHCG tends to be cheaper, I believe, and I didn't want to mess with mixing and injections. Plus, the friend who recommended the diet to me in the first place did HHCG, so I just naturally followed the trail she'd already blazed

So, yeah, I think it just comes down to what suits your budget/lifestyle. As long as it has real hcg in it- it works! Good luck to you!!!
