Hi! I am in Phase 3 of the HCG diet. During Phase 2 I began have very small very loose bowel movements. I wasn't constipated, it just seemed like I really did have anything to produce. I started Phase 3 on January 3, and I still have this explosive diarrhea, it's not much, only about once a day and it's sort of an orangy color. I feel great, but I'm beginning to get worried. Is this normal? What can I do to help my body return to normal bowel movements. Please reply! Thank you.
