Everything I've read on here suggest you should lower your dosage. I loaded the 30th and 31st and start vlcd today too! I'm doing homeopathic oral drops from JustPotent HCG

Hi everyone..I am on my 1st round, 1st day of VLCD, am using Celeste HCG drops and her B-12 drops. I gained 5 lbs loading and by the end of yesterday half of that was gone..? Presuming
it was water...not sure..but hoping to get through my 1st round as painlessly as possible..haha Best wishes for all!!
