My sisters birthday is on the 10th and my family is getting together for it... my family and I are big drinkers. Im not looking for people to tell me not to cheat.. I havent completely decided I will cheat, but Im looking for info if I do decide to cheat. What alcohol would be best? Drink it with what? Skip meals? What consequences could I expect from cheating? Btw I wouldnt just get buzzed.. My family parties pretty crazy lol

Im 5'5 145 lbs, want to lose about 15 lbs. Today is day 2 of phase 2 for me.
