If I ate 500 calories of carbs a day and nothing else, I gain weight. I've done it, GFA. If I would change out 100 calories of the protein allowed on the diet for a fruit instead, I would pack on pounds. Y

I'm not really sure why you're on the forum. You're not using hcg for weight loss. You seem to have a contemptuous tone about those of us who do use it for weight loss. Your attitude seems to be that if we'd just go to the gym and watch our calories, we could lose weight too. That's just not true. We've tried it. We've tried everything and it doesn't work. We'd be happy to help you if you wanted to lose weight with hcg, but I'm puzzled by your participation here.
