My question is:

If you switched to hormone free meat, organic veggies, purified water to name a few from KT's book, are you finding that you are the same carboholic as you were in the past? I am hoping that is not true. I am hoping those having a tough time with cheating, cravings and so on might be more due to not eating as "clean" as suggested.
Yes, but like an alcoholic... addictions can resurface, with one taste. Self-control is required.
