You cant get it premixed... If it is premixed then it is Homepathic not real HCG. Also HCG has a shelf life of 2 weeks AFTER it is mixed. So you dont want to get it premixed.....

Unless you get a prescription from your doctor it pretty much all comes from over seas.

It is REAL HCG. Mixing it scared me at first too but it is easy. I have been doing the drops for 5 days and on the low calorie diet for 3 days. I am down 13 pounds already.
