I am so sorry for the miscarriage; to put it simplistically, it is very hard to lose a baby.

I have to agree with Grammy. I wouldn't start anything at all that would change your hormone levels even slightly, or could change the outcome of a successful pregnancy. As most women know, so many pregnancies end in miscarriage very early, and if something tragic happened again even from the most natural of causes, you could have an awful lot of guilt to carry with you.

I would work on the most important goal - carrying a successful pregnancy - and then worry about hCG dieting when your body is your own again.
