Today is my 8th day, on the VLCD, and I've done, for me. I've lost exactly 8 lbs,and I can't complain. My homeopathic drops are 6 drops, 6 times a day, from yourhcg.com. I'm hungry! Do I need to adjust the dosage? I'm drinking 4 liters of water,and following the protocol. I thought I loaded well. What to do?
