You can't really overdose on HHCG. Just play around with amts. until you get it right. Some people take as much as 25 3x a day. And the time of day doesn't really matter, as much as not taking them close to eating or drinking ( 15-30 mins. either side ) of taking the drops. My advisor said as long as you get them all in a day.
