I have the non-premixed HCG and I plan to use the sublingual method. Last I hear was to just mix with sterile water - is the saline for the injections? The more I read the more confused I am getting. I bought 10,000 instead of the 5,000 and am afraid that it will lose potency and that trying the higher dose a day 250 vs. 166 -2x's a day may likely cause me hunger and that if I do the lower dose it will not last for 40 days w/o losing potency.

But my biggest questions is how long can I go without stopping? I can't see how there could be any difference to your body between the shots and taking the HCG sublingually, but I have read that you don't build up an immunity to the sublingual?
