I just rinse my syringes with super hot water to flush them out and let them air dry between uses. I like to have extra syringes because I can put several measured doses in the fridge and just pull one out when it's time to take my drops instead of having to draw up a new dose everytime.

I think I am going to start another round after vacation next week and I'm going to try the higher daily dose and see what happens.
