You had a temporary set-back. Lots of people cheat on this diet. So tomorrow, you just wake up, take a nice pee, strip off your jammies, jump on your buddy the scale, register your weight, and start your day. Back on protocol, back on plan, back on schedule.
You can do this!
PS. Don't forget to dress before you start your day.
