in this context do we take P4 to be the place where you introduce the poison ( ok a little harsh) back in to your system? if so then i guess i am cycling cauze i doubt i will ever do that
quelson---I am with you on that...never go back to the old way of eating.

hi vegglover
i am curious about this as well. i think you are saying that you did not do p4 at all even in the first round. is this correct? also did you use the same type of hcg/hhcg? if so what type(s) and method(s) did you use. i am on day 17 ish of p3 but also have to deal with the TOM issue coming in twelve days so i can't decide which way to go. i've stayed between 1 and 1.5 pounds of LIW except for two days around TOM right after going off of p2. i have eaten an occassional apple or a few freeze dried strawberries but that's about as far as i've strayed from strictly proteins, fats and veggies. this was my first round. i did subq injections thru my dr. but want to order on my own next time- not even sure i want to stick w/injections- nervous about mixing. ok my last question for you is in regards to b-12. do you use it at all? that was a nice benefit from my dr. - i got a weekly injection and i think it helped my energy and mood. hope i'm not asking too many questions. something tells me you have probably answered most of these many times. so thank you in advance and sorry to be so pesky.
oh and one more ? did you load again or go straight into p2 from p3?
I have never done a P4 yet. I will not do that phase until I am at my goal weight. This is COMPLETELY against protocol, and I have stated here and at the old forum that I was encouraged to do a full round with P4 the first round. I did not. I have no intention of introducing all of the bad foods when I get to P4 someday. I do not intend to introduce a large amount of grains into my system again, period. I had figured out before I did this diet that I cannot handle them. I was a vegetarian for almost 3 years. Although I respect that type of eating immensely, it did nothing but make me miserable. The longer I stayed on it, the worse I felt. I will be a P3-type eater after I am finished with this diet. I had been eating that way shortly before I began hhcg, and I was feeling so much better! Adding this diet to my life has allowed me to eat the protein/veggie route while losing a lot of weight and inches. It is a miracle diet for me.

lilengine--I used Natural Health Labs in the 1st,2nd, and 4th rounds. GreenWeb in the 2nd. I think they both work well, but the NHL seems to help my hunger a little better, and my losses have been much better the last 2 rounds. The first 2 rounds, I loaded 2 days (that's the hhcg protocol). Last 2 rounds, I ate a large P3 dinner the night before I started the drops again. I had been off hhcg for such a short time, I just went for it and did not do the traditional load. I had no hunger issues. Only hungry near mealtimes, and the drops help me thru that. I ate a ton of food and stabilized easily in P3, by being strict with the foods allowed there. P3 is the ONE time I am strict. lol

I am no expert on cycling. I do not do it exactly like many people on the forum do. I am doing what I feel works for me. It will not work for everyone. I am not encouraging anyone to do it. I was asked questions, so I am answering them. I am not here to be an advocate for cycling. I have heard that a few here do not agree with my path, and that is ok! It is a personal choice for anyone to do it or not do it. None of us should do something, just because another person is doing it.

I fully encourage anyone who is curious about cycling to consult Lady Smart or any of the other veterans who have been doing it for longer than me with their questions. I am very glad to help by giving my own personal experience, but that is all I have to offer. My personal experience. :]
