I am in P3 of my first round and I am really looking at it as a learning experience. Mentally I know I need to cycle. After 3 weeks on my first round I lost it..binged. Thought I had time left to make up for it, but my drops seemed to lose their effectiveness and they got warm one day as well. I had a few more big cheats, the hunger got insane. Then I just ran out of drops around 26 days...should have had 30-40 days according to the Dr. and i never took more than I was supposed to and it came with the liquid to mix so I didnt add too little...go figure. Three weeks on three weeks off sounds good for me. Just putting it on my calendar I felt more in control than diving into 30-40 days. Timewise I'll probably finish about the same time I would have anyway ( I have 4-5 more rounds to go). I just think this way will help me to feel like I can handle each step better and be more successful. So thankful for the help here!!
