As far as lettuce being amazing.. what day are you on? Sometimes the first few days you can feel hungry.. however if it continues you might need to up your dose.. but honestly last round I remember eating strawberries and feeling like I was cheating because they tasted so amazing... I wasn't hungry just never realized how amazing they were until this diet LoL
