Hi Melliz,
I started on Tuesday, so I am just 3 days ahead of you. But I am doing sublingual with Corion.

Actually I didn't have appetite on loading days and now I regret it because today on VLCD I am hungry, not very much but still...
I also felt a little bit nauseated on loading days but this feeling fortunately went away.
Hope you are doing OK!

I don't have a super big appetite today, but I don't want to skimp so I'm trying! I am feeling pretty good.

Have you been weighing yourself each morning? So, today is your first vlcd day? I am guessing the first week of VLCD will be hard, but I'm bracing for it!
