Yeah, I strongly doubt you would lose 42 pounds in one round anyway. From everything I have read here, veterans don't really recommend the 23 day program as it stands anyway; they feel it is too hard to stabilize. They prefer to see a dieter go with 30 days. I signed on for a short 23 day round, but I am going to extend it to 28 days (I am traveling for work and it will just be too hard), because I want to maximize my losses and because I really want to stabilize well. I am even planning on making my P3 last a bit longer if I need to.

Honestly? I think I would be looking at the big picture here, and I would do this round as long as I needed to, to maximize my losses, and do a really good P3. I would be looking at my wedding, rather than one boozy night of birthday fun. You can go out with your friends and have a great time regardless. But that's just one girl's opinion.
