1. Its ok to be a "bit" hungry. You should not be starving. Of course, if this is your 1st round you may be dealing with "head" hunger not "stomach" hunger. Be sure to be drinking lots of water.
2. Some will say yes to tuna; some will say no. I get my Hcg from a local clinic & they say yes to tuna. They are pretty strict on protocol, too.
3. Your weight loss will probably fluctuate. Higher one day; lower the next. You have to look at the big picture. Women usually average .5-.75 pounds per day over the course of Phase 2.
Sounds like you are doing great. Just keep yourself on track & don't give in to cheating. That will def slow down your weight loss.
