As I read over the board, I am seeing posts about not combining veggies?? For dinner I had a chicken breast, zucchini & spinich.. Is that bad to do? If so, what is the reasoning on that & also- what else do you eat with the meat & veggie??
My paper from the dr. did not mention this ( Not did it tell me about the load days, which I only did one since didnt know you were supposed to) .
